Juliet Morris (Lic.Ac, MAcS) works from rooms at Lowen Dental Spa on Abbotswood Common Road, on the northern side of Romsey. The setting is quieter than the town centre, with free client parking on site and easy access from all surrounding areas.

Juliet practises Five Element acupuncture, a traditional approach that looks at the body through the five natural forces of Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal and Water. Rather than chasing individual symptoms, the work seeks the underlying pattern of imbalance.

Sessions pay equal attention to physical complaints and the emotional or energetic states that often sit alongside them.

Juliet’s background in coaching and reflective practice shapes the way she listens; the first appointment runs to around 90 minutes so there is proper time to talk before any needles are used.

Follow-up treatments are usually shorter and more focused.

A typical course begins with weekly visits for a few weeks, then stretches out as the system settles. Ultra-fine sterile needles are used, and the room is kept calm and unhurried. People come for a wide range of reasons: persistent tension, sleep difficulties, digestive trouble, hormonal shifts, stress that has become chronic, or simply the sense of being stuck or depleted. The acupuncture is presented as complementary to conventional care rather than a replacement for it.

An additional option is the acupuncture facial, which combines facial and body points with red light, gua sha and massage. Most clients, however, come for the classic Five Element work.
